The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution on the Procedure for leasing state and municipal property with refinements within 3 days.

The lease law came into force on February 1. But without a detailed resolution, the process could not begin.

With the adoption of the resolution, all lease agreements for state and municipal property will be concluded through the electronic trading system Prozorro.Sales. Information about all these agreements and plans for renting property under the new law is public, and now it will be easy for everyone to get acquainted with it.

From now, the property for rent will also be divided into two types. You will see a list of properties that need to be rented out through auctions (commercially attractive property), and a list of properties (for preferential tenants) that can be rented out without auctions.
