Transparent Cities traditionally provides a selection of relevant opportunities for public authorities, civil society organizations, activists, and businesses that will help them gain new knowledge or implement successful projects in the areas of economic and information development, health care, transparency, and reconstruction at the local level.
Project “The Power of Digital Solutions for the Public Sector”
Participants: Civil society organization (CSO) teams interested in developing digital competencies and integrating the latest technologies into their work and projects.
Goal: The program aims to master modern digital tools to increase the effectiveness and visibility of non-governmental organizations' initiatives.
The program includes training and workshops by experts from EPAM Ukraine and ISAR Yednannia.
Program stages:
- March 18–April 5,2024: studying and working on projects with mentors;
- April 15, 2024: pitching.
The winners of the pitching will receive support with an IT development of the initiative from EPAM Ukraine.

IFES competition for internally displaced women “Women's Leadership in Times of War”
Participants: internally displaced women who have an active life position and are ready to engage in public and political processes actively.
Goal: to develop women's leadership skills and potential for their active social and political engagement and implementation of their projects.
Program stages:
- April 11–April 14: three-day offline training;
- April 30 –May 1: training session on developing initiatives and writing project applications;
- May–June: a competition for projects that receive IFES support for implementation;
- July–December: implementation of the participants' initiatives.

Participants: municipalities/local governments, groups of municipalities/local governments, and local government agencies that bring together municipalities/local governments.
Goal: to support the creation of a significant flow of sustainable energy investment projects in municipalities/local authorities (or groups of them) in Europe by providing support in the development of investment concepts.
Grant amount: EUR 60,000.
