The City in the Rear: Bila Tserkva

Ukrainian #cities_in_the_rear hold strong and make a contribution to the country’s defense. Let's visit Bila Tserkva: how are things in the city and what opportunities do residents and IDPs have?

Shelters continue to be set up in Bila Tserkva. As of the beginning of the year, 59 shelters have been established in high-rise buildings in the city. We have collected lists of shelters in different cities of Ukraine: https://bit.ly/46m9rjy.

The city provides several opportunities for internally displaced persons (IDPs), more than 16,000 as of April 2023.

The authorities have created an online guide for displaced persons, which contains all information about documents, medical assistance, education, work, social support, and other services: https://bit.ly/3Xkt4Vi.

Children from displaced families and low-income families can also get help and a little joy during the war. Local children share toys, books, bicycles, and other things as part of the “Give a child joy” campaign: https://bit.ly/3XpMlVu.

Residents and guests of the city can also learn something new. In particular, in the spring, women studied business ideas at the “Your New Job” school and mastered IT professions in order to further realize their opportunities and get a job.

Bila Tserkva also cares about the health of its residents. Qualified city psychologists provide free psychological help to everyone who needs it, online and offline: https://bit.ly/3CJ6f41.

Businesses in the city, and relocated ones as well, can find or offer affordable real estate. To do this, you just need to use the chatbot from the city territorial community: https://bit.ly/3XjtafT.

We support cities in their quest to become stronger!
