We continue to tell you about our #cities_in_the_rear. Today's featured city is Uman. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Uman has been a transit point for refugees from the eastern regions of Ukraine and a shelter for those in need.
- During the war, the Uman district hosted more than 100,000 IDPs. Some of them have stayed and are still living there.
- The city has established the eponymous Assistance Center, which has been supporting IDPs and citizens in difficult life circumstances since the first days of the war. Read more: https://bit.ly/3kONlT
