A reliable rear is a key to our victory. We continue telling you about Ukrainian #cities_in_rear. Today we are focusing on a picturesque corner of the Lviv region — the city of Stryi.
- Since the beginning of the war, Stryi has been actively cooperating with its sister city, the German city of Duren, which provides humanitarian aid, medicines; the cities exchange experience. - Thematic events and meetings are organized for internally displaced children in Stryi. In particular, the Stryi City Council's Service for Children, together with juvenile police and the Humel Kids studio, organized a holiday for the youngest residents of the city. - The museum of the russian-Ukrainian war “Unconquered” was opened in Stryi. All the exhibits are military trophies after February 24, brought by the soldiers of the Karpatska Sich battalion. Among them are different types of weapons, the outfit of the Ukrainian military, and for comparison — clothes and protective equipment of invaders. - On December 1, the Stryi City House of Culture hosted a charity concert in the support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Music Speaks to Our Souls.
