City Council purchases are made at the expense of taxpayers. It is important that citizens know how and on what their funds are spent. The Prozorro system allows everyone to follow the purchases of state and municipal structures. In particular, thanks to it, everyone can check the purchases of their City Council and customers who report to it.

To do this, you can use the Public Analytics Module BI Prozorro — a tool created by the team of the project DOZORRO Transparency International Ukraine.

Instruction:

1? Go to the email "Tenders / Lots" BI PROZORRO (//bit.ly/tendery_loty)
2? In the upper-Right corner, click the "selections" button
3? Click the check mark next to "All fields" and enter "Main organ" in the field
4? Click on the magnifying glass near the column "Main organ", which was knocked out for you in the search
5? Enter the name of your City Council in the field that appears
6? Select It and click the check mark
7? Go back through the "Selections" button to the "Tenders / Lots" sheet
8? The Table with all purchases can be unloaded if you right-click on the table, select "Table", "Export", "Export Data"
9? At the top of the page, there are filters that can restrict the selection by year and month and by purchase type.
