Drohobych has launched Center.Diia

The center of administrative services of the city council has moved to a new building, the number of administrative services for the population has increased. Center.Diia has a terminal, which displays all the services available in the center. Visitors can choose the desired request, after which the terminal gives out a to-ken with a number. Then one has to wait for the number and information on the administrator, who is ready to provide the service, to appear on the scoreboard. You can do this in the waiting room, where the children's playing area is available.

There are two conference rooms for 81 people, a co-working room for 15 people, and several technical rooms on the second floor. So, it will be possible to hold lectures, various meetings and invite speakers.

All in all, in the Center.Diia you can get 410 administrative services.

147 projects implemented in Dnipro during the fifth stage of the “Participatory budget”

This is the highest figure for all the years of the project's existence in the city. The sixth stage of “Participatory budget” was also launched. Two new groups of projects appeared: informational one for the youth and medico-social one. For the first time, city residents aged 14 and older were able to submit initiatives and vote for them. The financial limits for projects increased: small projects — from UAH 200,000 to UAH 500,000, large projects — from UAH 1 mln to UAH 1.5 mln.

Another program that the department of innovative development deals with is improving energy efficiency in budget institutions in Dnipro. It was implement-ed with funds from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Energy efficiency measures have been conducted in more than 80 institutions, within the framework of the program: installation of individual heating points, insulation of pipelines, insulation of facades, replacement of entrance doors, in-sulation of attics and roofs, replacement of windows.

Renewed Resident Portal presented in Lviv, simplified fare pay-ments, automated parking fees

The Department of Information Technology, together with partners (the global technology company Mastercard in Ukraine and the IT company EPAM), pre-sented a new website for residents of the Lviv community. The launch of the portal is one of the key tasks in the Program of Digital Transformation of Lviv City Territorial Community for 2021–2025.

What is available on the Resident Portal:

  • Ordering and receiving city council services;
  • paying for services, taxes, and fines;
  • tracking the status of submitted documents online;
  • signing up for an electronic queue at the Administrative Service Centre;
  • electronic application and request for public information.

Furthermore, the city has launched a mobile application with the help of which, after the introduction of e–tickets, it will be possible to make cashless payments for public transport and an automated system of parking payment control. Park-ing fees and compliance with traffic rules will be monitored online, and viola-tions will be recorded in the mode of photography and video recording.

Ternopil has launched the online service for registration of ownership of a real estate

The Ternopil city council was one of the first in Ukraine to join the pilot project of filing applications for the state registration of property titles through the “Di-ia” portal. Earlier, that service was available only in two cities of Ukraine — Kharkiv, and Ternopil.

A modern taxpayer service center opened in Zhytomyr

The new center will not only provide services for the taxpayers of the city. Peo-ple from six amalgamated communities adjacent to Zhytomyr can receive ser-vices or consultations. According to the head of Zhytomyr regional state admin-istration, the main thing is that the tax authorities are becoming transparent and open to people. More than 20 taxpayers can receive consultation or help at a time in the new center. To do this, you need to get an e–ticket and wait your for turn. There is also a children's corner in the room.
